Re-installaing / updating solaris 10 on a non-booting Netra x4250

Hi All,

We have a old Sun Netra X4250 server which was running Solaris 10 (10/09) "U8". Due to some power outages the system doesn't boot up anymore normally.

We tried to boot it  up in verbose mode to see if there is any HW issue, but found none as there is no error to state.

So now we've decided to re-install the same OS to the server. But we needed to have the data which are already there in the server to remain in there.

What kind of update/re-installation can we do to for it?

May be can anyone provide step by step procedure to do the update / re-installation?
