SLOW PROCESSING ORACLE R12 ON CERTAIN FUNCTIONS AND CERTAIN WORKSTATIONS ONLY

Hi, we are experiencing issue with our Oracle EBS. All of a sudden, some users complain about slow processing of Autocreate of Document in the PO function. The process would usually take only 5 seconds before, but now it is already taking 30 seconds. And this happens only to certain users, some are not affected. Need help on this.
