OTL: Time entry rule just for Sunday

Hi OTL Masters,

I would like to check your ideas on how i meet the requirements below.

I usually set up weekly time entry rules but this is different one.

-On Sunday (startweek is monday), regular hours are not allowed (block),

-maximum of 8 Overtime 1.5 on the Sunday (block)

-additional hours to be booked on Overtime 2.0
