P4113 Missing From Information

Hello,

I found a discussion about the same issue and it references this - Bug 19712853 - P4113- FIRST LINE IS MISSING QTY AND FROM LOCATION RECORD   It is currently in ESU JM17708

My question is how do we correct the specific failed transaction?  The Batch will not post and of course the inventory is off.  In one batch I have two different lines that did not create the From side.
