New Database IO domain and oscbackR NFS mounts

We have a new M7 Supercluster being built and have found that the oscbackR account is created, with two NFS mounts under the oscbackR home directory:

/export/home/oscbackR/osc-config-backup

/export/home/oscbackR/explorer

I can't find any info on how these are mounted and am concerned that when a reboot should occur, these NFS shares won't be mounted. Does anyone have any information on this?
