Not able to terminate the PPR

Hi,

We have successfully completed a PPR and status message is 'Confirmed payment'.

As per business requirement, due to some reason when making an attempt to terminate the payment process request - getting the below error.

Payment Process Request cannot be terminated because one or more associated payment instructions cannot be terminated

Already referred Doc ID 1937925.1 but that was neither clear nor of much help,

Looking for pointers in this regard.
