Encumbrance rollover causing issues with Job Cost screen

Hi all,

The Advanced Job Cost inquiry screen is unable to report the PA ledger at year end due to the Encumbrance Rollover.  Our Job Cost year end reports are impacted as well.

Do you have any suggestions as to how we can include Open Commitments in our Job Cost budget variance at the end of the year after the annual close?
