US PAY: 9/80 in Oracle - not using OTL
I would love to get some feedback from users that utilize a 9/80 work week in Oracle. We have two payrolls - 80 hours for two weeks. One ends on Friday, second payroll ends on Saturday. With 9/80 – we need the work week to end at noon on Friday. We don’t use OTL – but bring in time from an external system. We are considering the change and think we need to set up a new payroll but are very concerned about the noon deadline as well as accruals.
