Personalize is not asking apps password

Hi Everyone,

A functional guy is having a problem it seems.The problem is, the forms is not asking for apps password and he wants the password to be asked everytime any form is opened. Kindly help

Navigation is given below.

Any responsibility-->Open any form-->Help-->Diagnostics-->Custom code-->Personalize
