OVR error "Error occurred on retrieving data xml"

Hello;

I have configured our production JAS instances web object settings to allow maximum record count of 100K however I have an issue whereby my large OVR (~100K) is failing to render by BI Publisher.

The error returned is "Error occurred on retrieving data xml". For reports of smaller size eg ~30K or so the OVR is rendered fine in the browser. Can anyone shed some light?
