when creating Misc. receipts in AR we are getting the following error "FRM-40735:ON-INSERT trigger r

when creating receipts with Misc.type in AR and wher user press distribution buton they got the following error "FRM-40735:ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062"

any hint to solve this issue

My apps. version is 12.1.2
