Over picking for Manufacturing Pick Move orders

Hi,

We are in R12.1.3 and have a requirement of over issuing stock for the Manufacturing Pick Move Orders. When we try to do so in Transact Move Order, getting the below error message.

Scenario: Certain ingredients are purchased and stocked in container size like 200kg drums. When the same is required for the OPM Batch in smaller quantities say 150 kg, the Move Order created from the Batch should reflect 150 kg but while issuing this stock, logistics should be able to issue 200kg (or required qty)

Need some inputs from you on setting up this 'over picking'. Also is there tolerance available to reduce errors.
