PNIMapException: Cannot perform reclassification for dimension STLE because dimension is not buffere

RPAS version: 13.2.2.37

I want to map a new "brcl" (brand-in-class) in the global domain, and "brcl" is the dimension that the global domain being partioned at.

In hierarchy the toppest dimension is sku and rolls up like "sku -> stle -> brcl -> ..."

In configuration tool, the checkbox "Enable DPM" of sku is checked.

But the reconfigGlobalDomainPartitions utility is failed and here is the error log:
