Peoplesoft Eprocurement Large Punchout Requisition Timeout issu

We have a recurring issue of the entire system timing out when trying to import large requsitions from supplier websites.  250+ lines.  I seem to recall finding some references to a bug that was addressed in one of the later images but I can find no evidence of it anymore.  We are running Peoplesoft 9.2 image 6, with Peopletools 8.55.
