Multi-task job suspends if 1 target has an agent not ready

Hello,

I am looking at ways to implement a multi-task job to sequentially run rman scripts on targets. This works without a hitch until a cluster/database instance target is blacked out, and the host is powered off (causing the EM agent to go down). This causes the entire multi-task job to go into a suspended state. Has anyone had success with this type of implementation, and if so, how did you get around the suspended state issue? I've also been looking at setting up a group for the candidate databases and running the backup on the group. However, the databases have
