Hello,

Bulgarian characters 'ЕР ЕНД ЧИ' of an EBS R12 Customer is being displayed as Junk 'ЕР ЕНД ЧИ' in the application. NLS Characterset is defined as 'AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8' in the database.

Can someone please give your valuable pointers on this?
