P4210 - Status

Hi,

We setup a hierarchy for Pref Type 41 (Next order status) at Parent level (see following screen shots).

When I tried to add order(P4210) its not picking right status for the item line. When I setup it at ShipTo or BillTo level, its pulling the right status.

But not pulling it at Parent level. I will appreciate if you help me how I can achieve this easily. Our goal is to set it up at Parent Level.

Any HELP will be appreciated.
