Backorder getting released with out item availability.

when a new item is added followed by cancelling one of the order item using P42101, Back order quantity is automatically getting released without any availability in P41202.

 

for example item A is back ordered for some quantity and when an item B is cancelled and item C is added up in order. As soon as new item c added and B cancelled, back order quantity on A is automatically getting released even though item availability is not present in p41202.
