On Fluid: Cannot View .PNG Attachment

Background

We are on 9.2 with Travel on Image 20, PeopleTools 8.55

Issue

When a user is on an iPad tablet and uploads a photo to their expense claim in Fluid, they are not able to view the attachment. When the user clicks on the hyperlink to view the image, the page briefly spins and then does nothing. The same issue occurs when trying to view an attachment on a wallet entry. The file attached is a .PNG file type.

Expected Results

User should be able to view an attachment when clicking on the hyperlink for the attachment on an expense claim and wallet entry without issues.
