BI Publisher Output Results in FX Error Intermittently

Hello,

        We have a custom JDE report which produces BI Publisher output. On an intermittent scenario, the report definition job ends in FX error, however the JDE job completed successfully. The same report was working fine previously and this issue has started occurring recently. Please let me know, if we have to look for some setup or configurations.
