Multisite consolidation, consolidate companies by group

I need to consolidate many companies using multisite consolidation but I need to group it by companies, I mean I have companies 00001, 00002, 00003, 00004 and 00005 and I to consolidate companies 00001, 00002 in one consolidation and 00003 and 00004 in another. After those consolidations done, I need to make a final consolidation with the results of both consolidation and company 00005. Is there a way to do that?
