The price list name should be non-editable for specific operating unit

Hi Guys

I have received a business requirement to restrict the price list name to non-editable for specific operating unit.

Currently by mistake user change the price list name and due to which on certain form in oracle price list not visible. This happens many times by user.

Kindly suggest how we can make price list name field non-editable ?
