MSP to Oracle Project

Hi,

     if I am in MSP and want to use it to create a Project in Oracle - how do I determine which instance I can send it to ?

example - if I want to send it to a test instance (OATEST), how can I point it to that instance. Once I am happy with the testing aspects how do I then send the same data to the Production instance (OAPRD). 

When I choose Add Ins > Oracle Projects it takes me to an Oracle Apps sign-in page. This has no identifier as to the instance. And if it did, how do I select to send it to a different instance?
