Excel add in "double click not working" (excel 2010-windows 7 professional)

Dear all,

I've a  problem with Excel add-in -> double click with mouse.

Laptop Lenovo 460 with Windows 7 professional, Excel 2010(office 2010)

the function "double click" of mouse to the drill down in the hierarchy not working, even if the check in  tab Global "enable double click" is true.

session Excel.exe is one. No Windows 8

What can I do ?

enable secondary botton is Right.
