Issue with Supporting Detail

We're having strange issues with Supporting Detail in Web Forms. We're on Planning 11.1.2.3.701

The first issue:

In the form we see cells that are blue (indicating there is Supporting Detail attached) but the value is not coming through and displaying on the form (just shows as blank). If we go into the Supporting Detail and re-save it then the data value comes through on the form. But we don't understand how the value could have disappeared in the first place

The second issue:

We have other cells that have Supporting Detail and the value shows on the form but the cell doesn't show as blue.
