ARM - delete transactions

Hello,

We are on FCM 11.1.2.4.103 running on WIN2012R2. Went live 2 months back and users are experiencing couple performance issues - they say system is extremely slow while working with transactions. FCM Managed Server has 4GB heap and the physical server has about 96 GB RAM.

1. What parameter in Weblogic helps speed up these transactional stuff?

2.One other question was regarding mass deletes. When we select all and do a delete, it appears the execution is complete however upon closing and re-opening, the transactions then appear again but they ultimately get removed after few days.

3. Same as # 2. While rolling/copying transactions to a different period the process would confirm completion but it would take several hours for the content to actually appear.
