Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Our first upload was rejected with these kind of errors throughout:

The value 'Y' of element 'AprilInd' is not valid.

The value 'Y' of element 'MayInd' is not valid

The value 'N' of element 'MayInd' is not valid.

The value 'Y' of element 'JuneInd' is not valid.

etc... Y or N, all the months

Form1095CUpstreamDetail/CoveredIndividualGrp/CoveredIndividualMonthlyIndGrp/%Ind/ is the field erroring

We have applied patch 25250989:R12.BEN.B from 2/15 (realeased 2/14)

Found similar issue on support BUG 236190009, but that bug is listed in Bug Fix list for 25250989:R12.BEN.B.
