Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Performance Workbench Error

I downloaded Performance Workbench.exe from support web site:

I used this tool before but for this lattest download I got the error

When I used I got attached screen print error, I tried in both Window 10 and Window 7 workstation

Please let me know if anybody saw this error before and know how to fix it.
