Should Partially-Sourced ePro Requisition Lines be Allowed to be Canceled?

We are trying to determine if this is an issue requiring a Service Request, or if it is working as designed.

Replication steps:

• Create a multi-line, multi-quantity ePro requisition and fully source it to a Purchase Order
• Reduce the qty on one PO line so that the difference is returned to the requisition
• Process the PO to Complete/Valid
• The requisition now has an Open qty on the line that was sourced to the reduced PO line.  In Manage Requisitions, this line will have Status: PO Partially Completed.  All other lines will have Status: PO Completed
• In the Requester's Workbench, search for the requisition and select only the line with the open qty and Cancel
