Custom Table Conversion in TC work bench

Hello Experts,

Can I include custom Table with in TC workbench? If yes please elaborate.

Can I manually submit TC conversion from FAT client? (assuming that I have taken all dependencies for that Table into Separate Table Space (in Oracle) or Library (on iSeries). Here you can assume, all OCMs are created for TC conversion to point correct table space / libraries for those tables.

We have few table which are huge and getting conversion Errors (after spending Hours !). To avoid this we want to eliminate or prepare to avoid those errors  when I run main TC from Upgrade workbench process.
