PSA_ACCTGGL not inserting all expected rows into CA_ACCTG_LN_PC

The Revenue Recognition for 'as-incurred' costs is NOT staging all expected lines for Journal Generation. When initiating the process, all lines are indicated as being selected for entry into tmp tables TA0 and TA1; however it is only transactions with an accounting date within the current FY that are then sent to CA_ACCTG_LN_PC. Is there a period restriction I am not thinking about?
