Personalization - changing the default value on Receipts form in R12

Tried to use personalization on the Receipts form in R12 - in order to change the default value of Receipt Type from Standard to Miscellaneous and succeded in updating the default but the details part (bottom of the screen) did not change for Miscellaneous - it is still shows the fields for Standard receipts (form actually shows different fields for diff receipt type)  What needs to be added? some other action/built-in?
used personalization as follows:

Condition tab:

    TRigger Event: WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE

    Trigger Object: RGW_FOLDER

    Processing Mode: Not in Enter-Query Mode

Actions tab:

  Type: Property

Object Type: Item

Target Object:RGW_FOLDER.M_type
