Enable pricing on opportunity/revenue

Hello - We've following requirement.

Our sales users are using opportunity --> revenue for pipeline. They enters product and add prices manually in the Qty/price field (see below screenshot). Currently we export price list and give spreadsheet to users so they could enter the price, Is there anyway to integrate pricing procedure/fire pricing engine in opportunity --> revenue applet?  i.e. when user enters product , system will get correct price from the price list and calculate price and revenue using Quantity.
