Unsubscribe link in Job Alert email doesn't work

Hi All

In Social Sourcing Some candidates have signed up for the Job Alerts. When they receive any alert via an email it also contains a link to unsubscribe for the alerts. The link is not working, even if the candidate opt to unsubscribe they still recieve the alerts. Can you please help to resolve this issue
