OCM issue

I am trying to map IV to run on windows. The OCM mapping works perfectly with Batch applications. However when I try to set up to run for an object type APPL on ocm, the process fails. The IV has a file location in processing option where the output file needs to be created. However it doesnt recognize the location when its run on JPY environment. It works well on PY environment.
