How to take ucm backup

I have production UCM clustered environment with 1.4 TB of data around 25,00,000 content-item. If we take backup UCM mount point it takes around 4+ days then too it won't complete. We can't run backup during production hours. Around 2 months ago I tried to run UCM archiver but unfortunately we need to stop it, Since UCM server spiked to 100% usage in non-production hours. What mechanism should I use which is best for my case.
