CRMOD Email Notification Workflow still not working

Hello,

We have a workflow that is supposed to trigger when a checkbox called "Create Opportunity Team" is checked. We have a back-end process that checks this checkbox to grab the Account's Opportunity Team and adds the Members to the "Opportunity Team." The business need is that whenever this checkbox is checked, all members of the "Opportunity Team" are notified that they've been added to the Opportunity Team.
