R40211Z report not updating status in f0041z

Hello Team,

Please assist on below query..

We are adding records in P4004Z (using an interface program), but after creating sales order by using UBE R40211Z still status code of F0041Z is showing as "1" not updating to 3 ..

Because of this same order generating repeatedly , user can not change the status in P4004Z for each order.

Is it possible to update status to 3 once we run UBE R40211Z..

Please advise
