SR debrief will not hit COGS account of item
Dear All,
We have a special requirement for one product type, so that when a service request is created for that item, and a task is raised under the SR, when the debriefing happens on that task (which is debriefing material), the accounting is not hitting the COGS account.
Is this possible through any type of setup/profile change ?
