OCH (Siebel UCM) Oracle certification

I am working in design and implementation of OCH application. I was looking for latest Oracle certification of Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM). I came across below exam on Orcale site.

Exam: 1Z0-587 - Oracle Customer Hub and Oracle Data Quality Essentials

Can someone confirm if this exam is helpful. Also most the links provided in above page doesn't work. And that makes me wonder if this certification adds any value.
