Pick Release happening from STAGING

Hi, We have a situation where we see Pick Release happening from STAGING to STAGING. And when the ship confirm is carried out for that SO line it ends in error in the MTI Negative balances not allowed" in the Transaction Open Interface form (and in MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE),  when the original order is ship confirmed
