TXA1 in the Job Master (P51006)

Hello,

I am testing in our new 9.2DV  environment, and I am setting up a new job master via  P51006

When I go to use the Visual assist on the field called Tax Rate/Area  ( TXA1) in the job master  , I keep getting a WEB CLIENT EXCEPTION ERROR>  I do not get this error in our 9.0 environment.

We are not using VERTEX for calculating these taxes.  

Are we missing some sort of SETUP, FILE, ?? in our 9.2 DV environment ?
