How to create a poll in a community?

Hi,

I can see polls in different communities, but I can't seem to find a way to create one myself. There's nothing on that matter in the Help pages  of the OTN website.

I'd like to create a poll in the "General Database Discussions" OTN community, but I just can't find the way to do it.

Any clue?
