E1 9.2 ACA 1094C Schema Error on 'irs:BirthDt'

We are on version 9.2 and using the XJDE0016 version of the HCIR Form Data XML and received the following error on all dependents that had a birth date entered instead of a SSN:

Has anyone seen this error, and what did they do to fix it?
