Encrypted SIP trunk from SBC to Cisco Communications Manager

I'm looking to set up a TLS SIP trunk with SRTP to our Cisco Environment.  Creating the CSR and importing the CER seems straight forward, but I'm not certain the distinction between which certificates are needed and how to implement them for the TLS trunk.

anyone have practical experience with this?
