Not getting data in Purchase Order On India Tax Details form for GST taxes after doing all mandetory

After doing all mandatory setup steps not getting data on Purchase order in India Tax details form

Define GST TAX Authority.

Define GST Regime.

Define 1^st Party Registration. - @ Inventory Org Level

Define GST tax types & account assignments. - @ Inventory Org Level

Define Taxes and Rates.-

Define Tax Category.-  With Item Classification

Reporting code and its usage.-

Define 3^rd Party Registration.-

Define Claim Terms.

Item Classification and Assignment.

Define Tax Defaulting Rules.

Document Sequencing.

I have created the PO from Purchase order responsibility - 3000033
After Creating PO when i open  India Tax Details form from Tools tab there i am not getting Neither PO Line Nor Tax Lines. Also not that I am not getting Organization name or its location.
