What does Replaced in Payroll Run Results mean?

For 1 of our employees, I find that Replaced is mentioned in the Run Results.

1. Based on the screenshot below for the element P_Medical, what is replaced by what ? Is the value 0 replaced by 24.7, or 24.7 is replaced by 0 ?

2. In which table is this Replaced stored? Is it in Pay_Run_Results? Which column?

3. What operation leads to this Replaced value ? Is it before the payroll is run or some adjustment is made after the payroll is run ?
