Hi Experts

if we do an upgrade from 8.11 to 9.1 then do we need to set up the configurations

for example ledger type  set up, constants, other financial set ups 

or that will be readily available  through data conversion ( table conversion)  we  need not do any set up ?

What will be the best practise on this
