Performance Issues on Oracle 12 SE

Hi all,

I have the Performance Issues on Oracle 12 SE: I execute the same queries on Oracle 11 SE (11.2.0.1.0- 64bit Production) and on Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition  (12.1.0.2.0 64bit Production).

All queries On Oracle 12 are slower  than 15/35 seconds compared to Oracle 11.

Difference of Systems and OS :

Oracle 12 runs on Virtual Machin with OS Windows.

Oracle 11 runs on physical server Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.5 (Santiago).

Can someone help me?
