JD Edwards FAQ Windows 2012 R2 and MSFT Visual Studio

Hi, In JD Edwards FAQ it is said that JD Edwards Enterprise One images on Oracle Cloud run on Oracle Linux and that the customer must first migrate non-Linux instances (Solaris, Windows...) but then in another paragraph is says that customers would deploy Windows 2012 R2 from Marketplace and install MSFT Visual Studio and JDE EnterpriseOne deployment server on that virtual machine. I am a bit confused... do we support Windows?
